Fire Flower: The flower that gives temporary fire power to the player.
Ice Flower: The flower that gives temporary ice power and running on water to the player.
Lava Flower: The flower that allows the player to walk through lava temporarily.
Super Leaf: The leaf that allows to player flight until hurt.
Super Hammer: The hammer that the player can hold until thrown at something that can be killed or destroyed.
E.Wand: Made by E.Gadd, the E.Wand can give the player limited magical power like a magikoopa.
Helmet: The helmet can give the player air while under water.
Space Star: Grants the player invincibility temporarily.
Rosalina's Wand: The most powerful item in the Universe. Most of its abilities are unknown.

Mario
Red Star: Grants Mario limited flight time.
F.L.U.D.D.V.2: Returning, the Fludd improved by E.Gadd, can now spray water and suck in certain enemies for coins.
Luigi
Cosmic Shroom: Grants Luigi the ability to call upon the Cosmos to defeat certain enemies for other items and for paths.

Peach
Frying Pan: Can act like a hammer but can be used until hurt. Using it to smack enemies left and right. And through doors.
Peach Shroom: Grants Peach the ability to repel enemies and stun them as well as jump higher and float without using her parasol.
Toad
Brigade Shroom: When eaten it can call other Toads from the Starship to come and aid Toad by attacking near by enemies and show hidden paths.
Turnip Bomb: Grants Toad the ability to throw an explosive Turnip that blows up into more turnips hitting anything they touch.
